Gosha-jinki-gan is traditionally used in Chinese medicine including lowering urinary tract symptoms which include urinary frequency and waking up at night to urinate.

Saw Palmetto is used in native American medicine to assist with urinary tract issues. It is believed to improve flow and reduce night-time urination in men.

Pumpkin Seed are great source of essential nutrients such as zinc, magnesium and selenium. Studies have suggested that pumpkin seeds help relax the bladder muscles as well as improve pelvic floor strength and reduce the urgency to urinate.

Soy Germ have phytoestrogenic properties, they have been known to help with symptoms of an overactive bladder as well as improve bladder control.
